Card payments accepted. Free parking in the carpark on Common Road opposite the Golf Clubhouse / Memorial Hall.

Create the work you want to display.
ALL work MUST be original, and you must be a CCAC Member.
Potters - you can exhibit a maximum of 3 large pieces or 6 smaller pieces. £1 per entry. Click here for important display and labeling information
Artists - you can exhibit a maximum of 3 framed or box canvas pictures and up to 10 unframed pictures. £1 per entry . Click here for important dispay and labeling information
Both Artists and Potters - You are welcome to exhibit greetings cards £1 per 20 cards submitted

Complete your Entry Form between Monday 14 - Saturday 26 September, print a copy to ensure that all your work is labeled exactly as on your entry form!
Label your work if it’s ready
Make sure you’re following all the display and labeling information (see above), we won’t be able to accept work that doesn’t conform.

BRING YOUR WORK TO THE ARTS CENTRE
If you’re unable to bring the work yourself, arrange for someone else to deliver it. Any work received after 4pm on Friday 9th cannot be included in the exhibition as the volunteers will work on the display through the hours between 4 and 6pm, the Private View starts at 7pm.
A catalogue of work and labels copying all the details on your entry forms will already have been produced, so it will not be possible to accept any late entries or anything labelled incorrectly.
Friday 9 October 2026 7 -9pm
Invite your family and Friends to the PRIVATE VIEW 7 -9pm
This is your chance to show everyone your work and what goes on in the Centre! There will be wine and nibbles and some great creative company. Anything sold that night will be marked with a red dot and can be collected on Sunday.
Saturday - Sunday 10/11 October 2026 10am - 4pm
Exhibition takes place - Offer to act as a Steward
The entry form includes a space to let us know when you can help on either or both days.

COLLECT YOUR WORK at the close of the exhibition
Please arrange for someone else to collect your work if you are unable to do so yourself. It creates an unnecessary burden for the volunteers if you don’t!
