Existing members should complete your membership form every year online!

Existing members - please complete this membership form with your details every year on or around September 1st. (This is principally to ensure we have correct details) The CCAC is a registered Charity governed by Charity Commission regulations. By sending us your membership form you agree to abide by CCAC principles and guidelines during your membership.

Use the form on the right to fill in your information and hit submit to send your membership in.

By submitting your form online you agree to receive emails in relation to your membership and CCAC only. You agree that the membership Secretary can keep your details on a secure database. They are not to be shared with any other organisation and will be used only for necessary CCAC communication.

Membership costs

Annual membership: 1 Sep - 31 August £30

Part year memb’ship 1 Jan - 31 Aug £20, 1 May - 31 Aug £10

Students under 21 yrs old and in full-time education – free membership

Membership principles

By sending my membership form I Agree to…

1. To pay the annual membership fee regardless of the time I spend in activities at the Centre

2. From 1st September each year to pay the session fees in advance either in an annual lump sum or by monthly installments, or by term and pay any additional payment required for materials, or kiln use. Charges may vary. (Details of costs - please email: chorleywoodarts@gmail.com)

3. To contribute when possible to the running of the Centre, attend meetings to offer help or raise concerns

4. To promote publicise the CCAC to encourage membership, and use the facilities of the Centre

5. To avoid unnecessary expense for CCAC by taking care not to waste utilities – lights and taps etc. not to be left on.

6. To keep my work area clean and have regard for the health and safety of other members

7. To read the Notice Board for information giving dates of meetings and minutes. Any concerns to be raised in writing to a member of the committee so that the matter can be discussed at the next meeting.

8. To sign up for some part in the running of our Annual Exhibition and supply items for sale or display, as examples of the work produced at the Centre.

PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNAL CORRESPONDENCE MAY BE LEFT IN THE MESH TRAY ON THE TABLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS. CHEQUES MAY BE LEFT (IN ENVELOPES) but NOT CASH
