• All frames should be in good condition. Frames should be securely wired or strung with nothing sticking out from the back. This avoids damage to other paintings when they may be stacked together. Strings should be fairly taut but with some slack allowing for height adjustment. Maximum size approx 80 x 60 cms

• Box canvasses are counted as ‘framed paintings’ and should be wired or strung as above

• All paintings should be labelled. Framed pictures must have a label tied to the hanging string. Labels should state the title of the picture, the artist’s name, the medium and price.

• Unframed work should be mounted and wrapped in cellophane and labelled on the back with the title, medium, artist’s name and price. They’ll be exhibited in a wooden display frame.

All greetings cards to be labelled with your initials and a price
